Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef Ragout

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
17 ounces beef sirloin, diced
1 large sliced zucchini
1 cup chopped tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef Ragout

  1. Saute mushrooms and onion in oil until tender.

  2. Add beef and cook until nearly done.

  3. Add vegetables until heated and soft.

  4. May add a gravy mix of your preference for added flavor.
