1 lb Beef, Top Sirloin
8 c Water
1 c Lentils, Mature Seeds
2 c Cabbage
1 c Carrots
1 c Celery
1 c Onions
1 c Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Thyme, Dried
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 c Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon, Powder, Dry
4 c Spinach
