Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Beef and Lentil Soup

15 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 cup diced onion
1 cup chopped celery tops
2 tsp minced garlic
6 1/2 oz shredded cabbage
5 1/2 oz zucchini
4 serving 96/4 Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/2 cup lentils
30 oz low sodium beef broth
2 cups water
15 oz Green Beans
1 cup Fresh Frozen Petite Peas
5 oz baby carrots
2 serving AlsoSalt

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef and Lentil Soup

  1. Brown ground beef, and add to tomatoes, water, broth onions, garlic, celery tops and carrots. Let simmer for a few hours, the longer the better! You might need to add a little extra water if the level is too low.

  2. Add lentils an hour before serving. Add the cabbage and zucchini 30 minutes before serving.

  3. Enjoy.
