Meaty and chock full of veggies. We had to put in "noodles" as this outfit doesn't know what Bow Tie Pasta is, apparently. And the Sweet pepper is actually Yellow Pepper. Another ingredient that they don't like. Good stuff!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable beef bow tie skillet

1 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onion
14 oz beef broth
2 c uncooked noodles
1/2 c water
1 t Italian seasoning
1 t chili powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t pepper
1 c chopped sweet Pepper
1 c chopped zucchini
2 c chopped tomatoes
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetable beef bow tie skillet

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over med heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in broth, pasta, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add yellow pepper and zucchini: cover and cook 2-4 minutes longer or until pasta and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in Tomatoes: sprinkle with cheese.
