32 oz low sodium beef broth
2 lbs beef stew meat
2 cup celery
1 cup red pepper
2 cup carrots
8 cups cabbage
2 cup green beans
2 cups frozen corn
1 cup barley
64 oz vegetable juice

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Beef and Barley Soup

Brown stew meat. Once brown, remove from heat and cut into smaller pieces. In hot pan, add vegetables and begin to saute. Add liquids. Boil.
