3 pounds beef steak
1 3/4 quarts vegetable juice
1 cup raw barley
2 cans beef broth
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 cooking spray
2 tsp lawry's seasoned salt
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable, beef, barley soup

Brown beef in pan spray, add remaining ingredients and cook until beef is tender. Add additional seasonings to taste.
