A vegetable soup without tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable bean soup

15 oz Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 medium Carrots
1/2 cup chopped raw Parsnips
6 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
4 cup Fat Free Beef Flavored Broth
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable bean soup

  1. Saute the veggies until softened

  2. Add the bay leaf and broth. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
