0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
2 clove Garlic
3 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 serving Creole Original Seasoning
4 tsp Cumin
4 tsp Chili Powder
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water
