Vegetable soup with white kidney beans

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable bean soup

2 c white kidney beans
4 c diced tomatoes
2 c broccoli
1/2 c onion, chopped
1 1/2 c celery, chopped
1 1/2 c carrots, chopped
8 c vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Vegetable bean soup

  1. Chop veggies

  2. Sautee onions in pot until soft, add veggie broth, beans and diced tomatoes

  3. Add veggies

  4. Simmer for 1/2 hour or more
