3 medium raw Carrots
0.25 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
0.25 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup, chopped Kale
0.25 cup raw Savoy Cabbage
0.25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
65 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Basic Bouillon for Acid-Alkaline Balance.

  1. Roast onion and tomato in oil.

  2. Add other vegetables and roast for 1/2 to 1 minute.

  3. Add hot water.

  4. Simmer on low 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
