4 cups cold water
1/3 cup pearl barley
2 med tomatoes (Mashed)
1 stalk celery(chopped)
1 cup chopped carrot
4 tbsp chicken stock
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup onion(chopped)
1/2 tsp garlic powder

  1. Add all ingredients to a med sauce pan and simmer over low heat for 1-1 i/2 hours until all the Barley is soft and puffy and the soup is thickened and creamy...
