Easy and filling vegetable soup. 3/4 to 1 cup per serving = 1 weight watchers point.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Barley Soup

15 ounce stewed tomatoes
4 cups water
2 teaspoons Chicken Bouillon granules
2/3 cup barley
1 cup frozen vegetables
1/2 cup onion
3 stalks celery
2 carrots

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Barley Soup

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and heat on low 4-6 hours until done. Add salt/pepper and additional seasoning to taste. You can add italian seasonings or bay leaves. Add Additional water as needed. 3/4 - 1 cup serving is very filling
