Recipe Ingredients for vegetable barley soup

2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup dried lima beans
3/4 c. pearled barley
2 stalks celery
2 cups cauliflower
1 chili pepper
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 carrots
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for vegetable barley soup

Mix all ingredients together. bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours.
