Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Bake

1 kg frozen mixed vegetables
800 g canned tomatoes
800 g potato

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Bake

  1. in a large casserole or stock pot put the frozen veg, pour over the tomatoes, add some herbs, slice the potatoes and top the veg mix.

  2. Bring to a simmer and then put in a medium oven until the veg and potatoes are cooked.
