Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable bake

1 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Honey Squeezable
1 medium Squash, Zucchini, Baby

Recipe Directions for Vegetable bake

  1. Wash and cut the raw potato, sweet potato and cupful of carrots into chunks (leave the skins on), then microwave them on full for 4 minutes

  2. Prepare and slice the remaining vegetables, put together in a large bowl

  3. Mix the olive oil and the honey, season with salt, crushed peppercorns and oregano

  4. Add the microwaved vegetables to the raw ones and mix thoroughly with the oil and honey mixture

  5. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking tray, bake until crisp

  6. Serve - enjoy
