Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Aspic by Sharon McGee

2 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp salt
3 tbs lemon juice
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup pimento, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 carrots, grated

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Aspic by Sharon McGee

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water; mix well. Add salt, Splenda, lemon juice and vinegar. Cool until almost set. Fold in chopped vegetables. Pour into mold; chill until set. Keeps well.
