Veggie topped crescent roll dough.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegebites

16 oz Crescent Rolls Reduced Fat
1 egg
16 oz Light Cream Cheese
1 oz Ranch dressing mix
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup broccoli, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup carrot, grated
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegebites

  1. Spread the crescent rolls out on a 15? x10? pan and seal all edges so that it makes one big crust. Brush a beaten egg on top of the crust and bake according to package directions. Let cool completely.

  2. Mix the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and mayonnaise together and spread over crust. Sprinkle veggies and cheese over the top and chill.
