Vegetable stock and the rest made into soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegeatable Stock and Soup

1.5 cup, chopped Kale
2 cup Spinach
4 carrot Carrots
2 stalks Celery
0.5 large Onions
1 leek Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
0.25 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
3 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 oz Parsley
2 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Vegeatable Stock and Soup

Boil together all ingredients except the potatoes with 4 quarts of water. Remove 2 quarts for stock and keep the remaining as soup adding the potatos. Boil 15 mins and blend. Season with curry powder and black pepper.
