Vegetable saute' - use whatever vegetable you have available

Recipe Ingredients for Vegeatable Saute'

1 c. summer squash
1 c. zuchinni
2 c. broccoli
1 c. mushrooms
3 green onions
1 c. carrots
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. green beans
1 tsp. basil

Recipe Directions for Vegeatable Saute'

  1. Clean & chop vegetables into bite sized pieces. I usually leave green beans whole.

  2. Heat oil. Saute vegeatabes starting with carrots, then broccoli, etc. Saute each vegetable serval minutes before adding next. You can skillet with a lid to help speed up cooking if you like vegetable more tender. Cook until vegetable are tender crisp or deisred tenderness.
