Recipe Ingredients for Vege Stir fry

1 medium raw Onion Yellow
74 1/2 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Soybean Lecithin

Recipe Directions for Vege Stir fry

  1. Chop all veggies into appropriate sizes according to your preference.

  2. Fry in preheated oil just until starting to brown and wilt.

  3. Serve over rice.
