1/2 lb. brussels sprouts
1 lb. broccoli,cauliflower,carrots
8 artichoke hearts
8 shiitake mushrooms
1/2 squash
1/2 zucchini
1/2 lb. diced onions
1/4 lb. yellow split peas
1/4 lb. black beans

Recipe Directions for vege soup

  1. prepare beans first with seasonings

  2. then add vegetables

  3. cook at least 3 hours, if not more
