A good soup to add any veges that are perishing and need to be eaten.

Recipe Ingredients for Vege Soup

4 cups Organic Vegetable broth
1 tspn Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/4 head cabbage
2/3 leek
4 celery stalks
1 onion
1 cup Water

Recipe Directions for Vege Soup

  1. Mix all in a large pot

  2. bring to boil

  3. Add extra spices and herbs as you please

  4. simmer for 1 hour

  5. leave to cool before storing.

  6. Good for up to 1 week. Can be frozen.
