Recipe Ingredients for Vege Quiche

1/2 c. spinach
1/4 c. chopped cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. zucchini
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 grated cloves garlic
1/3 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. original almond breeze
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash ground ginger
1 whole wheat tortilla

Recipe Directions for Vege Quiche

Lay tortilla in bottom of a greased pie plate. Scramble eggs, milk and spices. Add all other ingredients into mixture Pour on top of tortilla and bake in greased pie pan for about 40 minutes on 350.
