An easy breakfast omelet light on calories!

Recipe Ingredients for vege omelete

3 eggs
3 tbls green pepper
3 tbls tomato
2 tbls onion
1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1/4 oz Premium Black Forest Ham
1 serving Soft and Smooth 100% Honey Wheat Whole Bakery Bread
1 1/2 cup orange juice
1/8 tbls Country Crock Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
2 tbls milk

Recipe Directions for vege omelete

  1. Chop up veggies and ham...put in a frying pan on low heat.

  2. Beat three eggs with milk, then add cheese, and cooked veggies.

  3. Cook in a separate skillet on medium heat. Make sure you flip over half way through the cooking. Fold in half and place on plate!
