Was supposed to go over pasta. Instead added beans and dropped the pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Vege Bean Soup

2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 small zucchin, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell, bpepper, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
16 ounces marinara sauce
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
16 ounce white beans

Recipe Directions for Vege Bean Soup

  1. Saute onions, carrots, celery, zucchini, bell peppers in olive oil til softened. 6 to 8 minutes.

  2. Stir in pasta sauce over medium heat. Stir in basil and simmer 5 minutes.

  3. If using: stir in drained and rinsed beans. OR pour over pasta. .
