300 grams Pumpkin
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup slices Carrots
10 rings Onions
3 Medium Tomatoes
2 serving fish sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic
1 serving organic shells

Recipe Directions for vege afritada

put onion and garlic in pot cook for five minutes then add all chopped veges and the pasta and water soy and fish sauce mix add salt and pepper to taste let simmer till all veges are tender and serve immediatley
