Winter Soup makes 5( two)-2 cup bowls.

Recipe Ingredients for VegBeef Soup

1 cup, chopped Onions
1 tbsp Oil Olive Pure
2 cup Cooking Stock
4 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup Barley, Pearled, Cooked

Recipe Directions for VegBeef Soup

saute onion i olive oil then add 1 cup diced tomatoes, vegetables stock, two cups water dash worcetershire sauce and a beef bullion cube or 1 tsp "better than bullion" and browned/drained/rinsed ground beef. Bring to boil then simmer 20 min. Add cooked barley. And let rest on stovetop.
