whole wheat noodles & tons of veggies

Recipe Ingredients for vegatable lasagna

10 oz whole wheat lasagna
1 lb zucchini
1 lb summer squash
8 oz mushrooms
3 cups pasta sauce
8 oz part skim mozzarella
4 oz Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese - 2% Milk Reduced Fat - Mild Cheddar
1 cup spinach
1 cup part skim ricotta

Recipe Directions for vegatable lasagna

cook lasagna noodles according to directions. slice all veggies and saute until tender. beat egg whites and stir in ricotta. put 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of pan, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, veggies, sauce, shredded cheese. continue for 3 layers. bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes. uncover and bake 10 more minutes. let set 10 minutes before cutting.
