Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Whole Wheat Scones

3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
16 Tbsp 37% Light Buttery Spread
6 tsp Sugar in the Raw
1 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1.33 cup Soymilk Vanilla
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.3 cup Orange Juice
1 tbsp Salt, Table
6 tsp Baking Soda
3 tsp Baking Powder
12 grams Sugar in the Raw

Recipe Directions for Vegan Whole Wheat Scones

  1. simmer orange juice and .25 cup water with craisins. Let cool.

  2. Blend oats, margarine, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in food processor. Transfer to large bowl.

  3. Pour in juice/berry mix and add sugar and soy milk and stir.

  4. Shape into 24 triangular scones and bake on ungreased pan in 375 F oven for 15 minutes.
