1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tablespoons Raw Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Light Soymilk
3/4 cup Water
2 Ripe Bananas

Recipe Directions for Vegan Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Smash Banana and mix with soymilk and water.

  3. Fold wet into dry ingredients. Mix well.

  4. Form into about 4" pancakes. Makes about 14.
