this salad combines well on lettuce. May add black brined olives and olive oil. these are not included in this recipe

Recipe Ingredients for vegan white bean salad with tomatoes

3 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 clove Garlic
6 Teaspoon Juice
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 dash Pepper, Black
1.5 cup Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Organic
4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
6 tsp Basil Leaves

Recipe Directions for vegan white bean salad with tomatoes

  1. combine dressing ingredients and blend in processor or leave whole for a rustic look.

  2. add remaining ingredients.

  3. may refrigerate before topping on salad greens.
