Recipe Ingredients for Vegan, wheat-free pancakes

1 cup barley flour
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c soy milk
3/4 c water
3 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Vegan, wheat-free pancakes

  1. Heat pan or griddle with 1 tbsp canola oil.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients.

  3. Add almond milk, water, and 3 tbsp canola oil, and mix well.

  4. More smaller pancakes tend to work better than fewer big ones with this recipe. Be sure pancakes are bubbling before flipping, or they'll be raw in the middle.
