Recipe Ingredients for vegan vegetable lo mein

12 oz Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Dry
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 tbsp Oil, Peanut
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 1/2 cup chopped raw Napa Cabbage
1 medium raw Carrots
1 1/2 cup, chopped Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
2 cloves, raw Garlic
2 tsp Ginger Root
9 teaspoon Soy Light Sauce

Recipe Directions for vegan vegetable lo mein

  1. cook noodles, drain place in large bowl. add sesame oil and coat (opt)

  2. add scallions, cabbage to pan and stirfry 1 mitue to soften. add remainder of whole ingredients and stirfry.

  3. add soy sauce and stirfry.

  4. add noodles to combine.

  5. serve hot.
