this is a very dense loaf, good cold or hot. make in loaf pan

Recipe Ingredients for vegan tvp and spinach loaf

10 oz Spinach
1 small Onions
1 cup Vegetable Stock
1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
16 oz Silken
0.75 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
0.5 tbsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp Onion Powder

Recipe Directions for vegan tvp and spinach loaf

  1. cook the tvp in the water and onion and allow to soak up moisture for 10 minutes.

  2. i place all ingredients and pulse to blend in machine. pour into greased loaf pan.

  3. bake 350 oven for 45 minutes or until brown ontop
