16 oz Garbanzos
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 salt, pepper, parsley to taste
2 serving Reduced Fat Vegenaise

Recipe Directions for vegan "tuna salad"

  1. drain, rinse and smash garbanzos

  2. chop onion and celery

  3. add salt, pepper and dried parsley to taste

  4. add vegenaise

  5. mix and serve
