Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Tuna Salad

19 ounce garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
2 tablespoons vegenaise
1/2 teaspoons horseradish (optional)
2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup red onions, finely diced
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
1 black pepper (optional)to taste

Recipe Directions for Vegan Tuna Salad

  1. Drain and mash garbanzo beans, In a medium bowl, combine garbanzo beans, vegenaise, horseradish, relish, chopped red onions, chopped celery,black pepper, Mix well.

  2. serve with lettuce and tomatoes on whole grain bread
