Recipe Ingredients for vegan tofu and vegetable lo mein

12 oz Chinese Noodles
8 oz Extra Firm
2 1/2 cup Cabbage, Napa, Cooked
1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
1 1/2 cup, chopped Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
2 cloves, raw Garlic
2 tsp Ginger Root
3 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for vegan tofu and vegetable lo mein

  1. cook noodles about 5 min.

  2. mince garlic and ginger and heat in pan, along with the other veggies. I added some water to steam them, and then added soy sauce. stir constantly.
