These are great, I just wish I could find a way to cut down the sodium without them being so bland.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Tofu-balls

7 oz. extra firm tofu
2 oz. finely chopped onion
2 tbs. peanut butter
1 tbs. soy sauce
2 oz. bread crumbs
1 tbs. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegan Tofu-balls

  1. Press excess water out of tofu.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Roll into 1 inch balls.

  4. Broil, cooking until medium brown on all sides.
