Recipe Ingredients for vegan thai barley stir=fry

1 cup Barley
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 serving 100% Pure Peanut Oil
2 serving Garlic Cloves
2 cup, cubes Eggplant
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Onions
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
0.13 cup Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
0.25 cup, slivered Almonds
1 cup, chopped Cabbage

Recipe Directions for vegan thai barley stir=fry

  1. pre-cook barley in water, allowing 1 hour, following directions on bag.

  2. prep all veggies by slicing in long strips. stir fry, adding softer items near the end. may add soy sauce, and edamame if desired, just add to ingredients.

  3. sprinkle with nuts and serve
