easy to make faux lasagne with any stuffed tofu mixture but fresh tomato rustic sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for vegan style lasagne

16 oz Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked
8 oz Silken Tofu
1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
6 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 oz Oregano

Recipe Directions for vegan style lasagne

  1. using a blender/machine add tofu, onions and part of the zucchini.

  2. make a rustic sauce with seasonings and olive oil.

  3. layer and cook in a 9x13 glass pan for 60 minutes at 360 degrees
