Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms without bell pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms

10 pieces raw Organic Cremini Mushrooms Packaged
10 pieces Artichoke Hearts
1 small Onions
1.5 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 clove Garlic
0.125 cup Bread Crumbs
5 tbsp Plain
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast

Recipe Directions for Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms

Saute onions and garlic. Add spices and chopped canned artichoke hearts. Remove from heat and add nutritional yeast, panko, and bread crumbs. Put mushrooms into a 375 F oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350 F. Add cream cheese in 1/2 tbsp (can reduce to 1 tsp for cream cheese and use non-vegan). Then stuff mixture into mushrooms until all is used. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Then broil for 3 minutes on low.
