use any kind of vegan fake crumble or you can add more beans and skip them

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Stuff pepper

6 medium green peppers
1 1/2 cups brown rice
1/2 cup onion
1 cup meal starter crumbles
1 1/2 cup red beans
3 cups tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Vegan Stuff pepper

  1. de-seed and par cook the peppers. I use the microwave and put a couple in for 3 min.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients except for the sauce.

  3. Place in a caserole dish and cover with sauce and cover with foil.

  4. Cook at 350 for about .5 hour
