spring rolls are uncooked rice spring roll wrapped chinese veggies that are served cold, and dipped into peanut sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for vegan spring rolls with spicy peanut dipping sauce

8 piece Springroll Wrapper
1 cup chopped raw Napa Cabbage
0.75 cup Shredded Carrots
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
4 oz Cilantro
4 oz Natural Smooth Peanut Butter - No added sugar
1 tablespoon Garlic, Minced
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 serving Natural Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Chili Paste
2 pk Sweet'N Low
2.5 serving, raw Cilantro

Recipe Directions for vegan spring rolls with spicy peanut dipping sauce

  1. Put ingredients 8-14 in a blender. Adjust for taste, and place in small bowl. When ready add 1/2 of the cilantro.

  2. Prepare the veggies: fine shred the cabbage, carrots. thin slice the peppers. chop the bean sprouts in half. chop remaining cilantro.

  3. Divide veggies into 8 equal amounts.

  4. Take the 8 wrappers from the covering, dip one wrapper at a time into warm water to soften. Remove, place it on a piece of plastic wrap to work. lay the veggies on the wrapper in the bottom 1/3.bring up the bottom over the filling, fold in the sides tightly. dab top edge with water and roll tightly using the plastic to help roll. eat shortly after assembled. make a small bowl of peanut sauce for each person to dip into. these will keep for a few hours if wrapped in plastic and put into the refidgerator
