Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Split pea soup

2 cups Peas Green Split Dry
8 cups water
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Vegan Split pea soup

  1. Put 2 cups of split peas in a pot. Cover with 6 cups of water. Add salt.

  2. Bring the soup to a boil and then lower flame to a simmer. Cook until some of the peas will fall apart (abt 30 min).

  3. If water gets too low, add more to reach desired consistency.
