Black salt and better then boullion "no chicken" makes this taste eggy but are not necessary. Use frozen pie crust and frozen spinach. A small can of mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Spinach Quiche

1 pie crust
455 g silken tofu (1 pkg)
1 1/2 cup spinach
1 med. tomato (sliced thin)
3/10 cup mushrooms (1 sm can)
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp silk soy creamer
250 g vegetable boullion (1 tsp)
1 tsp salt (black salt if available)
12 g nutritional yeast (1/4 cup)
3 tbsp baco bits
1/2 tsp turmeric

Recipe Directions for Vegan Spinach Quiche

  1. preheat oven to 400'

  2. blend silken tofu with salt, nutritional yeast, cornstarch, seasoning and creamer in a food processor.

  3. fold in spinach and mushrooms and bacos bits

  4. thinly slice a tomato

  5. pour mixture in crust

  6. top with tomato

  7. bake for 40 minuted until done.

  8. cool slightly and serve
