Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Spinach Pesto

10 oz. spinach
1/4 cups nutritional yeast
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 T pine nuts
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Vegan Spinach Pesto

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth

  2. If consistency is too thick, add a bit of water

  3. Serve over whole wheat pasta with vegetebles
