Vegan Sourdough flapjacks. The cup of white flower is actually sourdough starter.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Sourjacks

1 1/2 tsp canola oil
1/4 cup (westsoy) plain soy milk
2 tbl sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Wholewheat flour
1 cup white flour

Recipe Directions for Vegan Sourjacks

  1. Preheat griddle.

  2. Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls.

  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour wet into well.

  4. Whisk ingredients briskly until the volume of the mix doubles in bowl.

  5. Pup a very small amount of oil to the griddle and pour 1/2 cup of mix onto griddle.

  6. Cook, flip, eat.
