Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Snow Demon Cake

3.5 cup Soy Flour
140 grams essential cane raspberry flavored cane sugar
32 tsp Natural Cane Turbinado Sugar
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
4 grams(4 g) Sea Salt
0.6 tbsp Hersheys Unsweetened Cocoa
10.6 tbsp Canola Oil
28 grams(28 g) Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
13.6 grams Pure Cane Sugar

Recipe Directions for Vegan Snow Demon Cake

  1. Combine flour, raspberry and turbinado sugars, baking soda, salt, and cocoa in a bowl

  2. Add in the oil, vinegar, vanilla and soymilk into dry ingredients. Mix well.

  3. Pour batter into two 8" cake trays

  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

  5. Meanwhile, put cream cheese and earth balance into a bowl and mix until fluffy.

  6. Slowly start adding sugar and keep mixing until homogenized. Add a splash of soy milk for a more drizzly consistency.

  7. When the cakes are ready, allow to cool thoroughly on a cooling rack before icing
