26 oz Sauce, Pasta, Spaghetti/marinara, Ready-to-serve
1 block Tofu, Firm
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
7 sheets Pasta Lasagne
3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt

  1. make ricotta mixture with tofu, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, basil and oregano, and 30g daiya, and beans

  2. layer sauce, noodles, sauce, tofu ricotta, then repeat.
