Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Sloppy Joes

1/2 cup lentils
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
86 g sandwich buns

Recipe Directions for Vegan Sloppy Joes

  1. Boil 1/2 cup of lentils until soft, usually about 30-40 minutes.

  2. Drain lentils.

  3. Add BBQ sauce and mix, or I personally like to spoon the lentils onto the buns and add the BBQ sauce on top.

  4. Enjoy!
